I am working with a stable, growing Mechanical Contractor that has been in business for 25+ years. They have established Fire Protection divisions in most east coast locations.
They do not have a Fire Protection division in Virginia…..yet. Their Northern VA location has a large HVAC division with customers continually asking them to handle their Fire Alarm and Sprinkler needs.
They currently have an immediate need for a Fire Alarm Technician and a Fire Sprinkler Technician to cover primarily Eastern Virginia.
We would love to hire a tandem that works well together so if you are an experienced Fire Alarm Technician that works well with a Sprinkler Technician that you know, we would love to speak with you both! If you don’t have a “partner” in mind that is fine, we still would love to speak with you.
This company already has established systems and processes in place. This division will grow FAST.
The plan is to have the first 2 hires (Alarm and Sprinkler) quickly grow into leadership roles and run their respective divisions.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of industry experience and preferably a NICET II cert or higher. We will consider NICET I candidates as well.
