Latitude34 Restaurant is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations
- Supervise and support servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staff development
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and team accountability
- Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to maintain smooth operations
- Help drive sales, efficiency, and a positive team culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and management
- Weekend availability required
- Wine, bar, or upscale casual dining experience prefered

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
