Duties
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new B2B sales opportunities within the security video surveillance and access control sectors
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline
- Engage with prospective clients through consultative selling, demonstrating product features, technical capabilities, and benefits aligned with their security objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze data for continuous improvement
- Lead product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase innovative security solutions tailored to client needs
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the security technology industry, especially in video surveillance or access control systems
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated business development capabilities with proactive outreach strategies such as warm calling and networking
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales activities and customer relationships
