Who We Are
At Pride Group, we support some of the largest events, festivals, conventions, sporting events, and operational projects throughout the Southwest. Our teams provide event operations, logistics, tenting, power distribution, fencing, warehouse support, ecology/sanitation services, staffing, and site infrastructure solutions for concerts, festivals, corporate events, and large-scale productions.
We are known for being a hands-on operational company that thrives in fast-paced environments where execution, teamwork, leadership, and problem solving matter. Our culture is built around accountability, work ethic, development, and doing things the right way, even when no one is looking.
What We're Looking For
Ever watched months of planning come together into one unforgettable event and thought, "I want to run that"? This is your role.
Our Event Managers are the trusted leaders who take an event from concept to reality — owning the Client relationship, leading the team, and making the calls that keep everything on track. You'll juggle multiple events, think on your feet, and turn chaos into a flawless show.
If you love leading people, solving problems in real time, and building relationships that keep Clients coming back, let's talk.
What You'll Own:
- Lead multiple events at once, start to finish, with clients who trust you completely
- Be the go-to contact — professional, responsive, and outstanding customer service
- Keep every event on schedule, on scope, and profitable
- Build the game plan: timelines, staffing, layouts, logistics
- Rally Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Ecology, Power, Transportation, and Site teams around one goal
- Run operational planning meetings, onsite check-ins, and post-event debriefs that make the next event even better
- Make confident calls when things move fast
- Own the budget — labor, equipment, profitability
- Coach and grow Event Coordinators
- Keep documentation tight: contracts, revisions, notes, reports
- Navigate permits, venue rules, municipality guidelines and safety standards like a pro
- Spot ways to work smarter and elevate the Client experience
- Turn one great event into the next opportunity
Represent Pride Group with integrity, professionalism, and a get-it-done attitude every time.
