Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on various mobile devices including smartphones and tablets
- Perform software troubleshooting to resolve operating system errors on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows platforms
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to solder components and replace damaged parts accurately
- Conduct quality checks on repaired devices to ensure optimal performance before returning them to customers
- Provide technical support for device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for each device
Experience
- Familiarity with operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows is essential
- Knowledge of computer hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting techniques
- Strong analysis skills to quickly identify issues and determine effective solutions
