Your Role:
As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide customized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. You'll work closely with guests to ensure a relaxing, therapeutic experience, while helping to maintain a clean, calm, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage techniques based on client needs and preferences
- Consult with clients to assess concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, including sterilizing tools and changing linens
- Educate clients on at-home wellness practices and self-care
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress
- Promote wellness products to support client care
- Deliver exceptional service to encourage client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members and engage in ongoing training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Passion for health, wellness, and client care
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
