Food Truck Cook / Driver

About the Position
Jerk at Nite is hiring cooks to join our food truck team. This is a fast-paced position where you'll help prepare great food while delivering an excellent customer experience. Every member of our food truck team is expected to be flexible and jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Plate and package customer orders.
- Drive the food truck to and from events.
- Operate the register and assist customers when needed.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the truck.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required and non-negotiable).
- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
