Position Summary
The Westside Organizer will lead grassroots organizing across Districts 1, 4, and 7 — the west side of San Francisco. The role is relationship-first early in the cycle and turnout-focused as Election Day approaches: building a network of supporters and volunteers, getting Scott in front of voters, and converting that energy into doors and votes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead organizer for Districts 1, 4, and 7, working under the west-side organizing lead.
- Early cycle: focus on 1:1s and relationship-building across the west side.
- Schedule and run 1:1s, house parties, and community events that put Scott in front of voters — then build turnout for them.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for events and canvasses.
- Near the election (GOTV): shift fully to canvasses and direct voter outreach.
- Carry and hit personal turnout and door-knocking goals, tracked weekly.
Pay: $5,875.00 per month
