Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Perform detailed automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and diesel engines
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, and air brake inspections
- Manage service writing and auto estimating to ensure clear communication of repairs and costs to customers
- Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining integrity
- Assist with auto repair coordination and ensure quality control throughout the repair process
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management and automotive repair
- Knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, alignments, mechanical repairs, manufacturer scheduled maintenance and automotive electronics is preferred
- Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to provide accurate quotes and documentation
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in presenting technician recommendations and required vehicle services
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working with service technicians or mechanics is highly desirable

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
