We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development and address any concerns.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.
Skills
- Strong background in early childhood education with relevant preschool experience.
- Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to young learners.
- Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, private schools, or special education environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with standardized testing methods as well as tutoring practices for young learners.
- Ability to teach physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers.
