What You'll Do
- Deliver great customer service

Additional Responsibilities for Shift Leads
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- Train and coach employees
- Assist with staffing and recruiting efforts
- Manage labor, inventory, and cash controls
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Support sales growth and operational excellence
- Help create a culture of recognition and accountability
