Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Accounting Systems Manager will work under the direction of the Controller and be responsible for the overall financial records of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and accounting processes and must demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity and safety of others.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Bookkeeping for multiple entities.
· Reconciling intercompany transactions.
· Payroll processing and compliancy with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Maximize utilization and integration of accounting, ADP, and 401k platforms.
· Support Accounts Receivable invoicing, collections, and deposits.
· Post transactions for cash reconciliations.
· Ad-hoc reporting.
· Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
· Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Must possess a solid understanding of GAAP accounting principes.
· 5 or more years of relevant accounting and/or payroll experience.
· Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, and Business Central ERP systems.
· Strong time management, organizational skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft applications including a strong knowledge of Excel.
· Self-directed and motivated to exceed expectations.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Must be organized, detail oriented and able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
