Overview
Novak Conversions is one of the most recognized names in the 4WD drivetrain industry, specializing in manual transmission adapters, transfer case conversions, and Jeep drivetrain products sold nationwide. We're a small, tight-knit shop in Logan, UT where the work is hands-on, the product knowledge runs deep, and every build matters.
In this role, you will be responsible for tear down, cleaning, assembling, and testing manual transmissions and transfer cases. Our units end up in Jeeps, trucks, and off-road builds all over the country. This is bench and shop work that requires attention to detail and mechanical intuition.
What You'll Do
- Tear down, clean, Assemble and rebuild manual transmissions and transfer cases
- Follow assembly procedures and tolerances to spec
- Identify and flag parts issues or quality concerns
- Maintain shop organization, functionality and cleanliness.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service tools efficiently.
- Ability to read technical manuals.
- Experience working with GM vehicles is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
