Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ensure they are comfortable with the process
- Manage telephone traffic.
- Communicate effectively.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate the claims process.
- Schedule repair appointments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in parts invoice posting and reconciliation of vendor statements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or collision repair environment.
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and repair processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CCC One and the collision repair industry would be extremely helpful.
- Clean Driver’s License
