Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-powered Document Intelligence Platform supporting innovative software solutions. This fully remote opportunity is available to candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
POSITION OVERVIEW

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an enterprise Document Intelligence Platform.

Lead product initiatives focused on AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, intelligent classification, and automated data extraction.

Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Data, and Compliance teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Define user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and guide Agile sprint execution.

Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to improve automation, product usability, and platform scalability.

Collaborate on responsible AI implementation while supporting secure, compliant document processing solutions.

Drive continuous product innovation through rapid experimentation and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
-
Minimum 5-7 years of Product Management experience.
-
Experience leading AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, document classification, or intelligent document processing platforms.

Hands-on experience integrating LLM and AI technologies into production products.
-
Experience writing user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery.

Strong understanding of APIs, engineering workflows, and data pipelines.

Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.

Ability to clearly communicate measurable product outcomes and cross-functional leadership.

Candidates must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
