Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Licensed Sales Representative to join the Matthew Allstate Insurance Agency. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our sales portfolio. Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including telemarketing and in-person meetings
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet company targets
- Provide comprehensive information about insurance products, ensuring clients understand their options
- Manage sales administration tasks and analyze customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies
Requirements
- Valid Property and Casualty license with 2 years sales experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market data for strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships

The compensation range is a combination of the base pay, commission structure and bonus.

Pay: $73,287.21 - $88,259.87 per year
