McBride Restoration is a developing mitigation and restoration company based in Pacific Northwest. We’re seeking to grow our team by adding another experienced Mitigation Technician to the mix. Be it fire, water or and emergency situation we find our customer’s residence in, we’re there to help. Directly Responsible For
· Emergency Response & Damage Assessment
· Damage Mitigation: Extracting water, removing damaged materials (carpet, drywall, baseboards), and managing structural drying.
· Equipment Management
· Remediation & Cleaning
· Documentation & Communication: Taking accurate moisture readings, photos, and daily notes to document the job for insurance purposes.
· Mentorship: Help develop new hires with less experience in mitigation.
