We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cook to join our dietary team on a Part-Time PM Shift. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively with the dietary team
Must be able to work scheduled hours, including some weekends and holidays
Previous cook experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication and customer service skills
Prepare and serve residents’ daily meals
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
Assist with tray line setup and meal delivery
Work in dish room and support overall dietary operations
Follow all facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and regulatory guidelines
