VR Expert is a fast-growing European tech startup specializing in VR/AR enterprise solutions, with offices in Brooklyn, the Netherlands, and Germany. We partner with businesses across industries to help them integrate cutting-edge XR technology into how they work — from education, healthcare to engineering and beyond.
We are currently building out our US market from the ground up, which means the people who join now have a rare opportunity to shape something from the start.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to own the full sales cycle in the US market. This is a high-ownership position — you will build your own book of business, manage your own accounts end-to-end, and work closely with our founder and senior leadership team.
You will not be handed a playbook and left to follow it. You will help write it.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales: Own the full sales cycle—from qualifying inbound leads to negotiating and closing high-value enterprise contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and accurate forecast within our CRM to ensure consistent hitting of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop New Verticals: Identify and target new business opportunities within the US market.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise B2B clients on the best XR hardware and software configurations for their specific use cases (training, healthcare, engineering, etc.).
About You
You have moved past the early learning curve and are ready to apply your sales skills with autonomy. You are comfortable talking to decision-makers and C-suite executives, and you thrive in environments where your results speak for themselves. Most importantly, you are assertive in what you do.
Must-Haves
- Sales Experience: 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Communication: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly master the technical nuances of the XR industry.
- Autonomy: You don't need hand-holding; you are proactive and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- Location: Based in or able to commute to Brooklyn, NY.
Nice-to-Haves
- Existing network within enterprise tech or the XR space.
- Experience managing long-term client relationships and renewals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
What we offer
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary with an uncapped bonus and commission plan.
