Marketing Assistant Intern

Position Summary
The Carolina Tigers Women's Football Team is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant Intern to help grow our brand, increase community engagement, and promote women's tackle football. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a nonprofit sports organization while contributing to meaningful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Assist with promoting games, tryouts, events, and community outreach.
- Develop graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
- Help increase brand awareness and fan engagement.
- Support email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Track social media performance and marketing results.
- Collaborate with other interns and team leadership on promotional campaigns.
- Attend games and community events as available to capture content.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools such as Canva is preferred.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Interest in sports, marketing, communications, or nonprofit organizations.
