Position Overview:
The Administrative Support Professional is a dynamic, multi-functional role designed for an
adaptable, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position
plays a critical role in supporting daily operations across multiple departments and requires
strong situational awareness and the ability to anticipate organizational needs.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting priorities as the
needs of the organization evolve. This role includes cross-training in three core areas of the
organization:
- Intake
- Recruitment
- Staffing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Intake, Recruitment, and Staffing functions
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets, reports, and administrative tracking systems
- Communicate professionally and effectively with caregivers, applicants, and technicians via phone and email
- Assist with applicant coordination, onboarding support, and staffing logistics
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple software platforms
- Adapt to new systems, workflows, and organizational needs as the company grows
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively support department goals
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Highly adaptable with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working heavily in spreadsheets and administrative systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, personable, and confident interacting with families, applicants, and staff
- Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to quickly learn new software systems
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare, or ABA-related settings is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual preferred
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: In-person at our Manalapan office
- Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
