Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Line Leader reports to the Fulfillment Supervisor. The Fulfillment Line leader is responsible for pulling orders, and assisting in the set-up and preparation of orders. The Fulfillment Line Leader will coordinate the flow of employees in the pull line, including assigning work-hours to specific orders. They are responsible to alert all potential disciplinary actions to Management. The Line leader may also be assigned to special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The Line Leader is also a Puller and therefore works on the floor at the front or end of the line

Checks the accuracy and quality of products

Able to prioritize tasks and coordinates flow of work from pull line

Assigns work-hours to specific orders in order to meet due dates as well as assign tasks as necessary

Pre-pulls items to expedite the next day’s pull line

Is able to keep track of pull line progress and provide status updates to managers

Is able to learn the product, its shipping specifications and the preferences of each client

Ensures timecards are accurate, complete, and collected on-time

Is a great communicator and proactively informs the manager of any related issues and updates

Assists in all areas of Fulfillment such as preparation, fabrication and shipping

Leads by example by working hard and having positive interactions with other departments

All other duties as requested, including supporting other departments
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
-
Previous experience in printing, fulfillment, or related field is preferred

Familiar with shipping via UPS and FedEx
-
Comfortable working on computers

Line leads available on 1st and 2nd shift, with shift differential for 2nd shift.
