We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager.
This position is responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, customer retention, brand awareness, and revenue growth within the Nonprofit division. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement marketing programs, analyze campaign performance, and support strategic marketing objectives aligned with Company goals. The Marketing Manager also serves as a liaison between internal creative resources and external marketing vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing deliverables. - Manage the execution of marketing initiatives to promote the Company's nonprofit products, services, and solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing and sales support materials and programs.
- Support brand strategy initiatives that positively position the Company with customers and prospects in the nonprofit sector.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing programs focused on attracting new customers and retaining existing customers.
- Serve as liaison with internal creative resources and manage relationships with external vendors including copywriters, website designers, and other marketing service providers.
- Project manage the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic social media posting calendars and content schedules to support marketing initiatives and brand engagement.
- Supervise and provide guidance to assigned marketing staff and/or external vendors as applicable. Assist with prioritization and delegation of team activities.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns utilizing digital, print, email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and monitor nonprofit industry trends to support marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Identify marketing opportunities and recommend tactics to support growth initiatives.
- Assist with budget planning and management for marketing programs and initiatives.
