*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced working superintendent to oversee commercial concrete construction projects within the Omaha Area. Paving/Finish Floor experience is a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on-site. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
*Responsibilities*
-Manage 4-10 man crew
-Plan Reading
-Bilingual a plus
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee that work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
- Review schematics and plans to ensure accurate execution of construction activities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within concrete construction industry.
- Experience in Commercial Concrete Work Paving, Finish Floors, Sidewalks, & Steps
- Familiarity with budgeting practices and financial management related to construction projects.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations (OSHA).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
