Your Role:
- Complete pediatric supervisory home visits
- Assist with daily care needs and nursing oversight
- Monitor patient status and communicate updates
- Work closely with caregivers and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN License
- CPR + First Aid Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Home health or pediatric experience preferred
