Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Follow orders and systems in play set by the head chef / Aide and help
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow all food industry safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
