About the Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Safety Manager to join a global construction company supporting one of the largest construction projects in Texas. What You’ll Do
As the Safety Manager, you will help lead site safety operations, support regulatory compliance, and work closely with project teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe, productive job site.
In this role, you will:
- Lead OSHA compliance and site safety programs.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage OSHA inspections and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CAPA processes.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for field teams and subcontractors.
- Manage safety permits and controls for high-risk work activities.
- Support safety planning for cranes, confined spaces, hot work, excavations, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and energized electrical work.
- Coordinate with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to resolution.
- Promote safe work practices across a large-scale construction site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale, industrial, commercial, or mega-project construction sites.
- CSP, CHST, OSHA 30, OSHA 500, or equivalent safety certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
- Experience managing high-risk work permits and field safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, training, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, field crews, and client representatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or overtime as needed based on project demands.
