Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards.

- Support the cleaning of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service areas to maintain a spotless environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team during catering events or banquets by providing timely dishwashing support.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures diligently to promote a healthy environment for staff and guests.
- Maintain organized storage of clean items and communicate any equipment or supply issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables, food handling, or food preparation is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
