Park 82 is looking for an experienced Sauté Line Cook to join our team. We are a busy upscale-casual restaurant focused on quality ingredients, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute sauté station dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper cooking temperatures
- Assist with prep work and kitchen organization
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sauté line experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation:
- $18–$20 per hour based on experience
