This is a full-time position working approximately 30-40 hours per week, with a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday from 8:45AM to 5:30PM.
No weekends or major holidays required!
What We Offer:
Supportive Environment
Receive comprehensive training to help you earn your RBT certification (40 hour course and exam) with mentorship every step of the way.
Competitive Pay
- $18.00/hr during training (before certification)
- $19.00/$20.00hr after obtaining RBT certification
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
- Fully certified RBTs may qualify for higher compensation ($20+) based on experience and dedication.

What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll bring creativity, patience, and energy to your work while:
- Implementing individualized therapy plans
- Working one-on-one with children
- Helping clients build communication, behavioral, and life skills
- Recording session data and progress notes
- Supporting clients in home and clinic settings

Qualifications:
This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants who are eager to learn.
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable assisting clients with toileting needs
- Basic computer skills for session notes and data entry
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children, especially those with Autism or developmental disabilities
