We will train you on our proven sales process, put amazing leads in front of you on a silver platter, but most importantly, we will mentor you on a daily basis to be more than just a sales professional... We will mentor you to be a closer and one of the top insurance agents in the nation.
We are making contact with clients who are actively searching for health insurance and need assistance with the healthcare enrollment process, and they depend on our agents to help them get the best insurance plan for their situation.

Your responsibilities will include:

◇ Closing Deals: Utilize your stellar sales skills to close deals and ensure a smooth confirmation process.
Preferred Qualifications:
◇ Previous experience in Medicare Advantage, customer service, or related fields.
◇ Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
◇ Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
◇ Bilingualism: English & Spanish skills are highly desirable (but not required) ◇ Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
◇ Phone sales experience is preferred though not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ◇ Proficiency in computer and web-based applications.
◇ Strong communication skills, including active listening.
◇ Customer relations.
