Position: Relief Residential Counselor and Relief Community Support Worker
Locations: Medford, Somerville, Cambridge, Arlington, Wilmington, Bedford MA
Salary: $21.22 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem/Relief: Days (9a-3p), Nights (3-11p), Overnights (11p-9a), and Weekends (9a-3p, 9a-9p). 20 Hours of Availability Preferred

Who we are looking for:
Seeking Residential Counselors and Community Support Workers to help empower adults with intellectual disabilities to make more meaningful life choices by working directly with those individuals in one of our many programs.
Work Settings: Day Programs and Residential Group Homes
The Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring community engagement
- Assisting with ensuring a livable environment
- Participating in the development, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of each individual's goals
- Providing therapeutic support and assisting in Behavior Support Plans, if appropriate
- Transporting individuals
- Medication Administration
- Assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living such as feeding, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of personal care, and nutritional needs
- Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, MAP certification/PABC training within 90 days of hire - We will train!
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid MA driver’s license and willingness to drive
- Ability to pass a driving and background check
- COVID-19 Vaccine Card
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to complete training both online and in-person
Preferred:
- Previous human services or long-term care experience is strongly preferred
- CNA/HHA experience preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
