Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with head of consumer & commercial marketing and brand to define channel strategy.
- Oversee all paid and digital channels (e.g., paid media, search, social, affiliates, site, and digital platforms).
- Ensure integrated planning and execution across channels to maximize reach, conversion, and efficiency.
- Optimize spend ensuring disciplined allocation of spend based on performance and ROI.
- Define and manage KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates, media efficiency) and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, targeting, and creative.
- Embed a rigorous test-and-learn culture to improve outcomes and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Modernize marketing capabilities, including tools, processes, measurement frameworks, and operating model.
- Champion innovation in areas such as personalization, automation, and advanced targeting.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing acquisition and performance marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with executives, LOB Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and digital product to align on growth priorities.

Required Experience:
