As a Seasonal Lift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aerial and surface lift systems across the resort. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Seasonal shifts include both winter and summer lift operations.

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual lift inspections in compliance with current ANSI B77 standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on chairlifts, gondolas, and surface lifts.
- Assist with seasonal setup, teardown, and testing of lifts.
- Respond to lift service calls and assist with lift evacuations when necessary.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including snow, wind, and high altitudes.

Collaborate with other departments (lift operations, vehicle maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prior lift maintenance or mechanical/electrical maintenance experience not necessary

Familiarity with ski lift systems (Poma, Doppelmayr, Leitner-Poma, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical diagrams.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and occasional nights.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Certification through NSAA Lift Maintenance Training or similar program is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
