Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting customers both via phone and in person
Handling customer questions by getting them to the appropriate department
Handling payments and billing related inquires
Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
Handle changes in policies and/or renewals
Requirements/Education:
Previous employment in customer service is strongly recommended
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
High School diploma required, some college or college degree encouraged

Pay: $13.75 - $15.75 per hour
