Resurgence Management, a growing customer support and business development firm, is hiring a Sales Account Trainee to represent LeafGuard. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building experience in customer relations, communication, and account support.
As a Sales Account Trainee, you will meet directly with customers to provide information about LeafGuard’s home improvement solutions and help answer general questions about available services. Through hands-on training, the Sales Account Trainee will learn how to build customer relationships, support appointment-setting efforts, and assist with day-to-day outreach initiatives in local communities. This role offers a team-oriented environment with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities of the Sales Account Trainee
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to introduce LeafGuard products and services.
- Help customers understand the benefits of home improvement solutions through clear, simple conversations.
- Assist with customer outreach and account assistance efforts for interested homeowners.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records to support team organization.
- Represent LeafGuard positively within local communities and at promotional events.
- Build strong interpersonal skills while learning how to navigate customer interactions confidently and professionally.
Qualifications of the Sales Account Trainee
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or communication experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily responsibilities effectively.
- Interest in customer relations, business development, or leadership training is a plus.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
