RMI International is looking to hire a Security Field Supervisor to work the following schedule:
Thursday-Saturday - 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sunday and Monday - 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
RMI International is a professional private security company that is looking for a responsible, courteous, and dedicated individual. We are looking for a competent individual to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft or other criminal behavior. A Field Supervisor and Armed security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company maintain excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
Responsibilities
- Perform post inspections to check on security officers ensuring they are following company policies, procedures, post orders, standards, and guidelines at various work locations.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after the end of operations
- Provide on the job training to new hires and existing employees.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Be willing to stand post inspections cases of last minute Security Officer call off.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Guard Card
- Good driving record
- Valid drivers license
- At least 2-3 years of security supervisory work experience
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
- High School diploma is required
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to stand for 30 minutes with ease
- At least 18 yrs. of age
- Reliable transportation
