American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Southeast Minnesota, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care setting

Monday through Friday schedule with flexible 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm shift options

8-hour day shifts

Utilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systems

No on-call or call-back requirements

Productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settings

Therapy Supervisor available onsite for support

Guaranteed 32 hours per week

Minimum of 1 year experience required

BLS certification required

Occupational Therapy Assistant license required if applicable

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

Provide occupational therapy services across both home health and skilled nursing facility settings
