Overview:
We are currently seeking an Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and cleanliness of our facilities. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of various areas within the facility to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address any cleanliness concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and provide reports as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping management, or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleanliness issues
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
