CUPPi COFFEE is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our new Springfield, VA location!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Barista or specialty coffee experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience with cashiering or using a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
- A team player with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- A passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Availability to work 3–5 shifts per week
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Morning and/or afternoon availability
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take orders and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Operate the Square POS system
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages following CUPPi COFFEE recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized café
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support your teammates during busy periods
- Take initiative and look for ways to help throughout your shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled

PAY & SCHEDULE
- Training pay is $14 per hour
- After successful completion of training, pay ranges from $15–$20 per hour based on experience, performance, and responsibilities
- Part-time
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Additional hours may be available based on availability and business needs
