Midwest Mattress is a locally owned sleep retailer known for a no-pressure, consultative shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who can run a showroom professionally, build trust quickly, and stay productive during slower traffic through follow-up, organization, and great service.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)
- Greet guests and guide them through a calm, consultative mattress fitting
- Ask questions, make clear recommendations, and help guests choose confidently
- Create quotes and track follow-up in our CRM (a major success driver)
- Respond to inbound calls/texts and provide outstanding customer service
- Set appointments and follow up with guests who are still deciding
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and ready for the next guest

Qualifications (preferred)
- 1+ year experience in sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or the military
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools and basic CRM use
- Reliable transportation
- Professional communication and strong follow-through
