Overview
Beachside Golf Cars is looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Shop Coordinator to run the daily operations of our service department. This role is responsible for managing workflow, assisting customers, creating estimates/invoices, and driving service revenue through upsells.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop workflow and assign jobs to technicians
- Write repair orders, estimates, and invoices
- Communicate with customers and provide service updates
- Upsell repairs, upgrades, and accessories
- Track all carts in service and ensure jobs are completed on time
- Coordinate parts ordering and approvals
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and cleanliness of the shop
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Service Advisor or Shop Management role
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive, powersports, or golf cart experience preferred
