- You are a skilled editor. You are proficient with video and photo editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, CapCut, Edits, Canva) and know how to pace a video to hold attention.
- You are comfortable connecting with people in an active environment. You can navigate a busy physical therapy and training space, capturing moments without disrupting patient care.
- You are a self-starter. You do not need someone to tell you what to shoot; you see the action and capture it.
- You understand the aesthetic. You can execute a visual style that is bold, energetic, and premium, avoiding generic or sterile medical imagery.

Victory Performance And Physical Therapy is a premium performance physical therapy and training studio for active adults and athletes in West Los Angeles.
We help people who refuse to let pain shrink their life avoid unnecessary surgery, and return to the activities they love.
Our brand energy is expert, casual, human, motivating, and authentic to the individuals that make up the company. We are slightly rebellious against low-quality generic care.
We believe in movement freedom, and we are looking for a Content Creator who can capture that energy, document our process, and tell our story visually.
The Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Content Creator with an exceptional eye for visual storytelling.
You will be the visual voice of our practice, turning daily patient wins, clinical expertise, and team culture into compelling content for our social media, website, and digital platforms.
Your primary focus will be capturing the authentic, energetic, and expert care that happens inside our clinic every day as well as the bts that makes our company human.
We are less interested in your strategic marketing or high-level campaign planning abilities, and much more interested in your ability to consistently and quickly shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos that look and feel like the Victory brand.
What You Will Do
- Shoot Daily Content: Actively film and photograph patient sessions, clinician interactions, and the general energy of the clinic.
- Edit & Produce: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, longer-form educational content) and format high-quality photos for various platforms.
- Capture the Brand: Ensure all content aligns with our visual identity—bold performance care, high contrast, movement, and human support.
- Highlight the Team: Showcase our team and the clinicians' expertise, the Victory Method, and the warm, supportive environment our patients rave about.
- Maintain Consistency: Deliver a steady stream of visual assets that our marketing team or leadership can deploy across channels.
