Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the construction industry. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting skilled trades, field personnel, project management, and executive-level professionals while utilizing modern sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, social media platforms, job boards, and networking.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through social media management, campus recruitment initiatives, and cold calling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with employment & labor law compliance.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Greenhouse or Bullhorn to track candidate progress and maintain organized records of recruitment activities.
- Lead employer branding efforts on social media platforms to enhance talent acquisition outreach and employer reputation.
- Recruit for a variety of construction positions including but not limited to:
Project Manager
Superintendents
Estimators
Equipment Operators
Laborers
Office Personnel
Source qualified candidates using:
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Ziprecruiter
- Facebook Groups
- Instagram
- Industry-specific job boards
- Employee referrals
- Professional associations
- Networking events and career fairs
- Build strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Conduct phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Develop engaging recruiting campaigns across social media platforms
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or skilled trades
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and major job boards
- Strong sourcing skills using social media and online recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction terminology and industry roles is highly preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
