What You’ll Do
As a member of our boot production team, you’ll help bring handcrafted footwear to life. After the boots are built, you’ll perform a variety of finishing and production tasks, including:
- Nailing insoles and securing components
- Installing and finishing soles
- Using job-specific hand tools and equipment
- Sanding, shaping, trimming, and buffing boots
- Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met
- Learning and safely operating production equipment

Experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, repair, or other hands-on trades is helpful but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a factory setting. Team members will be trained on all equipment and processes however mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Safety matters — hearing protection, eye protection, and other safety equipment may be required depending on the task.
