Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precise aerospace parts according to engineering plans and specifications.
Load raw materials, install correct cutting tooling, and monitor machining sequences to detect errors or tool wear.
Use precision inspection instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to verify part dimensions meet tight tolerances.
Maintain clear documentation regarding job setups, run times, and quality control metrics.
