Pay, Compensation, and Schedule

$19.30 per hour base pay

Training will blend classroom learning with hands-on phone training.

Flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and engaging manner

Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently
-
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value
-
Actively upsell and cross-sell services by educating customers on available options and benefits
-
Consistently ask for the sale and work to close every opportunity presented

Consistently work to meet or exceed sales metrics
-
Stay engaged, present, and performance-driven throughout each shift

Administrative duties and responsibilities as needed
