We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential properties.
This position offers the opportunity to work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants while gaining hands-on experience in real estate sales, leasing, negotiations, and client relations.
Responsibilities:
- Show and tour residential properties with clients
- Assist clients with purchasing and selling homes
- Help clients lease rental properties
- Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through escrow and closing processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Coordinate showings, inspections, and appointments
- Stay informed on local market trends and inventory
Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
