Sparkling Image Express Oil Change has an immediate opportunity for an Oil Change Assistant Manager at our Katy, TX location. The Assistant Manager will help drive oil change operations, including managing staff, training employees, and assisting customers.
*Earn up to $17 per hour plus commission.*
We are looking for candidates who:
- Strong desire to manage in a fast-paced, (Not an office job)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and the ability to lead others
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire for advancement and career opportunities
- Desire to learn, we offer full training!
Requirements:
- Ability to work 40-45 hours a week including weekends
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service position.
- Prior supervisory / management experience desired
- The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
- Mechanical skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply!
