We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at FIFA Boston as part of the Accessibility Staff for an upcoming event.
PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE. Please utilize public transportation or plan to be dropped off.
Accessibility Support Staff
- Collaborate closely with Guest Services personnel to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Facilitate wheelchair assistance upon request through the text hotline or dispatch services.
- Advise guests on accessible routes.
- Advise guests on meeting points and stationary points for our processes.
- Responsively handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with politeness and helpfulness.
- Relay important event information, including accessible facilities, services, and amenities
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position will require standing and walking for long periods of time. Walking may be considered 2 miles or more each day of work.
- This position requires the pushing of multiple guests in mobility devices for multiple hours a day.
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Must have a valid US ID or Passport
